CLASS ATTENDANCE AND PAYMENTS
- Classes are confirmed on a first-come first-served basis. If a class is full, you will be placed on a waiting list and informed when a spot opens.
- For 8-Week classes payments are due prior to the first and fifth weeks of class.
- For On-Going classes, payments are due prior to the the first class meeting of each month.
You are entitled to a full refund provided the following criteria is met:
1.) The student notifies the the studio via email email@example.com no later than three (3) business days prior to the first class of the course; and
2.) We are able to fill the student’s spot in the course.
If both these criteria are met, refunds will be made as follows:
For online payments, we will issue a credit back through the same online method.
If you’ve paid your deposit for an 8-week class and you would like to defer that payment to another class at a later date, and it is within the 10 days prior to the start of that class or workshop, you can do so for a 6 month maximum period only. It is your responsibility to contact the Studio within 6 months to use your deposit for a class or workshop, should one be available.
MISSED CLASS POLICY
A makeup class may be scheduled if you notify by email firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 24 hours before your class. One make-up class is allowed and must be completed within the month missed or forfeited. Options for make-up (choose one):
— Self-tape that week’s assignment for feedback.
— Join another class of similar level.
Refer a new member to a class and receive a $25 incentive toward one month of classes.
Classes are for educational purposes and do not guarantee auditions employment opportunities.
